Private Care Sector Workforce Initiative
Who We Are
David Rennie, Workforce Consultant for the earlier Workforce Surveys, will be managing the Initiative and a small team is now in place comprising:
- Mike Kiely, Workforce Development Officer (Care Homes)
- Noni Cobban, Workforce Development Officer (Care at Home)
- Rona Montagneux, Administrator
The members of the team are part-time and are contracted to work on the objectives of the Initiative and to engage with employers and other local and national stakeholders to achieve them over the coming months. This will include visiting employers throughout Scotland and supporting them to engage with and contribute to tackling the key issues which affect the private sector.
