Becca Gatherum, Policy and Information Officer for Scottish Care, will be dealing with the Workforce Matters website, news and the monthly e-bulletin.

The members of the team are part-time, and are contracted to work on the objectives of Workforce Matters and to engage with employers and other local and national stakeholders to achieve them over the coming months. This will include visiting employers throughout Scotland and supporting them to engage with and contribute to tackling the key issues which affect the independent sector workforce.
