LEADERSHIP

Effective leadership is key to the delivery of first class services in the care sector.  Even more so at this time of significant change in the vision for the services of the future, particularly in care home and care at home services.

The Scottish Government has recognized leadership in care services as an important development area and has asked the Workforce Initiative to support a range of new initiatives.

Welcome to Private Care Sector Workforce Initiative

Scottish Care manages the Private Care Sector Workforce Initiative in partnership with Scottish Care at Home - on behalf of the wider private health and social care sector in Scotland.  It is funded by the Scottish Government through the Older People’s Unit and the Workforce & Capacity Issues Division.
