LEADERSHIP

Effective leadership is key to the delivery of first class services in the care sector.  Even more so at this time of significant change in the vision for the services of the future, particularly in care home, care at home and housing support services.

The Scottish Government has recognized leadership in care services as an important development area.  The Workforce Initiative is collaborating with all current developments related to the leadership agenda.

Welcome to Private Care Sector Workforce Initiative
