Leadership and Succession Planning in Social Services: Open event on 29th March 2011

Association of Directors of Social Work (ADSW) and SSSC are hosting an event on this critical issue

 

This one day seminar is targeted at senior and middle managers in Scotland who are interested in exploring Leadership and Succession planning within the profession. The seminar speakers will be:

Anna Fowlie, Chief Executive - The Scottish Social Services Council


Peter MacLeod,  - Director of Social Work Renfrewshire Council

Alexis Jay, Chief Social Work Inspector -Social Work Inspection Agency


The seminar will take place at Stirling Management Centre, on 29th March  starting at 10.30am and ending at 3pm.


The day will have presentations which will address the development of leadership, recent research findings, Action Learning Sets and inputs on learning methods utilised to date.
