Aims of Workshop
To provide opportunity for organisations to learn about how coaching and mentoring may be used to support professional learning and development
To help organisations identify how they might use coaching and mentoring, and to plan for its introduction.
Target audience
This workshop is primarily directed at staff and organisations that are considering the introduction of coaching and mentoring to contribute to the development and support of their workforce or their team.
