Launch of Scottish Government Leadership Business Plan

On 27 April, the Scottish Government set out its new strategic approach to developing effective leadership for social services Click here 

The Scottish Government has recognized that effective leadership is key to the delivery of first class services in the care sector.  Even more so at this time of significant change in the vision for the services of the future, particularly in care home, care at home and housing support services.
 
Its plan places the Scottish Social Services Council and the Learning Networks at the heart of developing the strategy and delivering on the outcomes.
