2012/13 Change Fund Guidance Released

Change Fund guidance for 2012/13 for local Partnerships has been released and is now available for viewing.

The guidance asks local Partnerships to provide an update on progress from last year's Change Fund allocations, and to prepare Change Plans for 2012/13 setting out how the funding will be used.
