Scottish organisations of all sizes and in all sectors are being given the opportunity to receive £1000 to take on a Modern Apprentice (MA). This includes the MA in Health and Social Care at SVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4.
There are 4000 of these apprenticeships available for Scotland across all sectors. Therefore in effect there is limited availability for Health and Social Care. This scheme is open for all ages of above 16 years and new or existing members of staff are eligible to undertake the MA.
