Cognitive Stimulation Therapy - Free local training workshops
Cognitive Stimulation Therapy training workshops are taking place on the following dates:
· Monday 27 February - Glasgow IET Teacher Building
· Tuesday 28 February - Aberdeen Caledonian Thistle Hotel
· Wednesday 29 February - Edinburgh Training and Conference Venue
CST involves a combination of the most effective non-pharmacological interventions for dementia and this training is aimed at staff working with people with dementia at Enhanced & Expertise levels of practise including: Clinical Psychologists, Liaison Nurses, CPNs, OTs, Practice Education Facilitators and Activity Co-ordinators within Health and Social Care.
