Consultation on the future Care Inspectorate Complaints Procedure

The Care Inspectorate are carrying out a consultation to help them develop the complaints procedure.

Since 1 April 2011 they have been using an interim complaints procedure. They are now seeking your views and invite you to respond to their survey about future arrangements for complaints handling. Click here for the interim complaints procedure.

This consultation runs from 7 October to 30 December 2011. The Care Inspectorate have produced an electronic survey that is quick and easy to complete and submit. To begin the survey please click here
