Government Consultation on draft regulations on Registration and Regulation of Care

The Scottish Government is currently consulting on the draft regulations of:

•The Registration of Social Workers and Social Service Workers in Care Services (Scotland) Regulations 2011
•The Regulation of Care (Social Service Workers) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2011
