Safer recruitment update - taking account of the protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG)

The Safer Recruitment guidance issued by the Care Inspectorate has been updated to reflect the changes as a result of the introduction of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) legislation. Click here for the guidance
