SCSWIS annouce Electronic only certificates, inspection reports and forms

SCSWIS announce that all reports for care service inspections completed on or after 15 July 2011 will be issued electronically through our eforms system and that all reports for care service inspections completed on or after 15 July 2011 will be issued electronically through their eforms system.

They  will no longer automatically send Care services paper copies of registration certificates or care service inspection reports.

In addition, they will encourage Care Services to complete forms online wherever possible. You can find out how to get set up on our online forms system by calling the SCSWIS  eForms helpdesk on 0845 603 0890.
