The Mental Welfare Commission has published "Money Matters" which covers the main options available for the financial management of people who lack the capacity to manage their own affairs.

The competition for staff has never been greater and there is a potential untapped resource available to Service Providers. Although this report was primarily written to cover England it provides practical guidance and support in this area that could be of interest to everyone. Click here to view the report.
